These terms explain what you can expect from Nuzzleway and what we expect from people who use the website and app.
01 · THE SERVICE
What Nuzzleway is
Nuzzleway is an app that supports everyday care for dogs, cats, and other companions through daily plans, routines, records, reminders, and private memories. The website also lets people join the launch waitlist.
By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nuzzleway. The app may change, improve, or become unavailable; some features may depend on your operating system, device, or third-party services.
02 · ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the service responsibly
You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. You must not use Nuzzleway unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt to access another person’s accounts or systems, interfere with the service, copy it without permission, or submit content that infringes another person’s rights.
If you share content with Nuzzleway, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that its use does not infringe another person’s privacy, image, or intellectual property.
03 · HEALTH INFORMATION
Guidance, not diagnosis
Nuzzleway provides observation tools and general guidance. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, or replace a veterinarian. In an emergency, or if there is pain, breathing difficulty, collapse, poisoning, or sudden deterioration, contact a veterinary professional.
You decide how to interpret and use the records. The app does not guarantee a particular outcome for your companion.
04 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
What belongs to Nuzzleway
The Nuzzleway brand, name, code, design, text, illustrations, and other elements belong to the owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service under these terms.
You may not decompile, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or create derivative works from the service except where the law expressly allows it.
05 · AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
A service that keeps evolving
We work to keep the information and service available, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, fully accurate, or error-free. We may make changes, carry out maintenance, or remove features with reasonable notice where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Nuzzleway is not liable for indirect loss, data loss caused by your device, or decisions made solely from information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
