    Open the clinic’s phone number or location; when a sign is concerning, you can also search for a veterinarian.

Nuzzleway does not call the clinic or send your pet’s details for you. It does not replace veterinary assessment.

What can I organise with Nuzzleway?

Your pet’s daily plan, routines, care dates, observations and memories. You can also keep health episodes, documents and treatments together, prepare PDF reports and choose which care to share with caregivers.

Which animals and life stages is it for?

It is designed for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other companion animals. You can use it from the first days at home and keep using it through junior, adult, and senior life; the plan and your notes stay connected to each companion’s context.

Can I use it for more than one pet?

Yes. Each companion has separate context for species, age, routines, observations, care dates, and memories. That helps keep information from getting mixed up in a multi-pet home.

Does Nuzzleway tell me what is wrong or replace my veterinarian?

No. It can help you organise routines and dated observations and prepare a clearer conversation, but it does not diagnose, prescribe treatments or doses, or tell you when it is safe to wait. If your companion seems unwell or a change is sudden or severe, contact a veterinarian.

Do I need an account and a subscription?

To use Nuzzleway, you need an account and a paid subscription. You will see the price and terms before confirming your subscription.

Where are my records kept, and can I take them with me?

An account is required to use Nuzzleway. Your records are stored on your device by default. If you activate Shared Home, the data you choose to share is synced through the cloud with the caregivers you give access to. You decide what to share and can export your records.

Does it work on Android?

Nuzzleway is currently available for iPhone and iPad. The Android app is in development; join the waitlist and we will contact you when there is meaningful news.

Can another person help me care for my pet?

Choose which pets to share with caregivers, whether they can view or add care, and how long their access lasts. The home administrator needs Nuzzleway Pro. Invited caregivers use their own account and do not need a separate subscription.

Are imported notes saved immediately?

No. You review the proposed entries, correct them and select what to save. Import supports text files; it does not promise automatic recognition of scanned documents.

Does creating a report send it to the vet?

No. You choose the report and use the sharing options yourself. Keeping a PDF or a lab document does not send it to a clinic.

Can I add lab results and original documents?

Yes. Keep an original PDF or image and add lab values you review yourself. Uploading a document does not mean its contents have been automatically read or verified.

Can I track medication and supplies?

You can record prescribed treatment, doses taken and stock movements. The app helps organise those records; it does not choose medication or calculate a recommended dose.

What can I do with widgets?

Keep upcoming care, a summary or quick entry close at hand from the home screen. Available widgets depend on your device and configuration.
