Nuzzleway vs Collie
Collie is a strong option for coordinating a larger care group without a subscription. Nuzzleway fits a pair of caregivers who also want daily guidance, life stages and memories.

When is Collie a better fit?
If several relatives or a sitter need to see who completed a meal or walk, Collie’s published group size is more generous than Nuzzleway’s two-person home. It also advertises reminders that repeat until a task is marked done and offline completion that syncs later. Choose on those practical needs rather than assuming shared care is unique to Nuzzleway.
Collie also has a shared journal with tags, notes and photos. Its site distinguishes that journal from a dedicated clinical tracker and says it does not interpret the entries. Nuzzleway’s different emphasis is guidance through life stages alongside everyday observations and memories. [Source 1]
When does Nuzzleway fit?
Consider Nuzzleway when you want today’s routines alongside life-stage guidance and a journal of observations and photos. Its plan uses the pet’s context and recent entries. Shared Home is for two people in total; a larger family should compare caregiver limits carefully.

Collie: No. Collie’s website says all features and household sharing are free for up to five caregivers. It also documents sitter sharing; there is no household subscription to divide. [Official sources]
Will everyone receive the same reminders?
Sharing a record and delivering an alert are different functions. In Nuzzleway, routines can have reminders and Shared Home has optional activity notifications. Do not assume every device receives identical alerts. Check permissions and complete a sample routine together before relying on either app.
Collie: Collie documents a shared live task list with who completed each action, plus reminders that repeat until a task is marked done. These are coordination features, not proof that every phone will deliver an identical alert; notification settings still matter. [Official sources]
Before moving your records
Keep a copy of your existing history. Check whether your pets, dates, notes and documents can be exported and whether the destination accepts that format. We have not verified a direct import between these apps. Test one routine and the invited person’s access before moving all your care.

Prices, plans and availability can change by country, platform and version. We leave unconfirmed limits explicit rather than treating them as missing features. Neither this comparison nor a care app replaces veterinary advice.
